They craft a distinctive and unforgettable food experience, presenting an authentic flavour of Donegal, cooking on fire, evoking a profound connection to their roots and rich cultural heritage.

The Culinary Experience

In our quest for culinary excellence, we embrace local ingredients and partner with nearby artisans to craft dishes that celebrate the essence of Donegal’s cuisine. We take pride in sourcing 100% of our meat from award-winning craft butchers (EWS Donegal Town). Our commitment to sustainability shines through as we procure freshly caught fish from Albatross Seafoods and seasonal delights from Ballyholey Farm.
As honoured certified members of Food Coast Donegal—a vibrant collective of devoted chefs and producers—we nurture a spirit of collaboration, championing the rich mosaic of Donegal’s food and drink heritage.
At your venue or event, we bring the experience of cooking on our mobile charcoal grill, preparing everything on-site and cooking outside. We believe that food should be a joyous adventure, where taste and quality reign supreme in every dish.
