A little about Peter and Briege
Peter has over 20 years experience as a professional chef, working in establishments such as the K Club, Bang Cafe (Dublin), Castlemurray & Mountcharles Village Tavern.
Since 2017 Peter has provided professional catering services to South Donegal.
Briege Campbell, a marketing and business development professional with over 20 years experience. Together in 2017 they relocated to Peter’s home county Donegal and created Outside Catering Donegal.
Their ethos of using only local food producers ensures that they can support local businesses and showcase Donegal as a food destination, while also ensuring that customers are treated to the finest ingredients, exceptional service and high quality food.
They believe food should be fun, and offer a culinary experience with taste and quality at the forefront of their dishes.
